: are a class of antidepressant drugs that treat major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive–compulsive disorder, social phobia, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, chronic neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia syndrome, and menopausal symptoms.
Drugs that selectively block or suppress the plasma membrane transport of SEROTONIN and NORADRENALINE into axon terminals and are used as ANTIDEPRESSIVE AGENTS.
